How to request deletion of your Chipin account.

Request account deletion

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your Chipin account.
  2. Use the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
  3. In the email, include your full name and the email/phone number on the account, and clearly state you want your account deleted.

We may ask for additional information to verify ownership before we process the request.

We aim to respond within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Note: Some information may need to be retained for legal/regulatory reasons (for example, payments and compliance records).
